I have attempted to deposit two checks, but both have been returned and marked "Restricted". What does that mean? How do I go about getting the funds from these two checks?
Presumably, the accounts on which the checks were drawn are somehow restricted, or the person who signed the checks isn't authorized to do so. Contact the party that gave you the checks for more information.
