I have another person's account linked to mine because a transfer was done to her account from my account two years ago. I have not made any deposits into her account since then. Last week, I electronically transferred money into her account by accident. I did not intend to do so. Now, she is refusing to give me my money back. The bank says that it cannot do anything because I voluntarily transferred the money. Please advise.

The bank is correct. It cannot recover the funds for you; such transfers are final. The matter is strictly between you and the individual who is enjoying your funds at the moment. Whether you'd have a legal leg to stand on to pursue your errant funds is questionable. If you haven't done so already, you need to break the link to that individual's account.
