I was defrauded by Greatest Vitamins in the World. The postal service has filed the charges. I used my Capital One Visa and Mastercard to pay. I disputed that they didn't proceed properly. For one thing, they didn't credit my account for all the charges. They where not at all helpful. Do they have to credit my account since fraud was involved. The fair credit act was not followed properly.
You should have filed a claim with your credit card company. They will in turn investigate the claim and refund to you the amounts they believe were charged in error.
It sounds as though you may have done this and are dissatisfied with the results. In that case, ask the bank who their regulator is and place a complaint with that person.
