Determining Eligibility for Credit Card

I want to get a credit card, but I don't want to apply for one and get denied. Is there a way to call the bank or something and find out for which card I am elgible instead of applying for a ton and getting a ton of marks to my credit report?

There is nothing that would prevent a card issuer from offering you suggestions on what you might qualify for, other than their policies, which might prevent them from discussing the matter without a completed application. If you don't find a receptive ear at a card issuer, you may need to file an application. Don't, however, file a lot of applications at once. Take the issuers one at a time to minimize the number of credit inquiries and to prevent having multiple accounts approved.
