My bank sent the wrong envelope to me in a drive thru lane. I never opened it. The teller got it and then debited my account for money, saying I owed them more because money was missing. I don't know how to handle this situation, because a bank did that to me, and I have been fighting non-stop for almost two years. They put that account on my credit report, when I was a minor, and they are refusing to resolve this. They insist I pay for a crime I did not commit. Please tell me what I can do or need to do, because this is really hurting my credit and I am being affected directly by it from other banks.
