Opening Account as Creditor Shield for Parents

My fiancee opened up a bank account for her parents in her name so that they couldn't be pursued by creditors and such. Can she get into trouble?

If a creditor is pursuing them and they are found to be hiding assets and your fiancee is participating, involvement and the resulting account freezes(likely all accounts), could create problems. We wouldn't recommend this.
