The bank apparently lost the signature card of my deceased aunt's accounts. How can we access these accounts?

Banks usually have backups. The original signature cards would be filmed or imaged. In some cases the original would be destroyed as it was held, and backed up, in electronic form. As you have the authority to access the account, the bank will certainly have a way to verify that access, whether it be as an administrator of the estate (executor/executrix), or as an owner of the account.
