About Survivor Rights

My grandmother set up several joint accounts with my mother. She passed away late last year and unfortunately my mother passed away 35 days later. Would my father have the right of survivorship or would it have to go through probate?

Rights of survivorship only involve individuals who are joint owners of an account. Unless your mother made the accounts joint with your father, they became part of her estate on her death.
