Need Signature Cards of Deceased

After a person has died, is it possible to see the signature cards from the bank in which the person had their money deposited.

Untitled

Signature cards are bank records, and most banks would not share those records with you. If you have a legal reason for the request, such as being the executor of an estate, for instance, the bank might allow you to know who signed on the account. Otherwise, the bank would be correct to deny the request unless it's made in a document like a court-approved subpoena.
