It may be willing to remove the funds in two transactions done at separate times, or it may require that both beneficiaries be present when the account is closed out. The telephone call will also give you information on what documentation you'll need to bring in order to claim the funds. Certainly, the bank will require that you bring a current photo ID at minimum.
