Joint Account with Survivorship: Probate?

I have a checking account with my uncle under the ownership ("Joint Account with Survivorship), and not as tenants in common. Will I be able to keep this account and not have it go through probate when my uncle passes on? We live in Wisconsin.

Yes. Accounts set up that way are owned by the survivor upon the death of a co-owner. Depending on the state, there may be claims against your ownership. Check with an attorney in Wisconsin to find out.
