UK Citizen wants US Mortgage

I run a property investment company. We own eight properties outright; paid for them in cash. We have a Tax ID number and a registered company in the U.S

I'm a UK citizen. Can I apply for a mortgage in the US to release some of the equity?

Untitled

Certainly. The lender may be concerned about your citizenship and place of residency, as that will influence their ability to contact you. Put together a short proposal and send it to several banks in the area. For this we might recommend a larger bank, but that recommendation is not exclusive. The fact that you are not a U.S. citizen does not kill the loan.
