My uncle was living in the USA. He died two months ago, and I know that I inherited a large amount of money, but actually what I got is a bank guarantee letter from Morgan Stanley Bank with a maturity date in six months. I don't know what it means, and/or whether I will be able to withdraw the money at the maturity date. If I will be able to take the money, can I take it from a branch of Morgan Stanley outside the USA? I am also afraid to bring this money to El Salvador, so I would like put it in Switzerland banks. Are these banks going to ask about the inheritance letter?
