My bank has drafted my car note several times without consulting me and it has caused o/d everytime. This acct is an acct that I only use to pay bills out of but if my car note is due on the 5th they will take it out on the 6th. I did not have my note set up on draft I had always just mailed in my payment? Is there anything that can be done or do I just eat all the o/d charges.

Have you talked to the bank about this? You can ask to be taken off of auto-draft and see if they will do this. But if it is due on the 5th, the bank may see it as 'late' if you are not paying by then, and have the authority to draft your other account. I don't have the exact answer, just throwing out a couple of possibilities.

You might want to check your "Note" and see if it mentions anything about an auto draft if the payment is not made by the due date.
