Please help me with this question!

I have a joint account with my wife. If she unilaterally initiates a SWIFT transfer will the receiving bank only get her name or both of our names?

By this is on an international wire going outside the country.

The answer will completely depend upon the practice of your bank--whether it forwards the names of all account owners or only the owner initiating the transfer.

As we often have to suggest, sometimes the only reliable source for the information you request is the bank with which you do business.
