Due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the 314(a) list, I doubt that you will receive a response to your question in this open forum.

If you are associated with a financial institution, ask your BSA officer.

According to the US Treasury,
Pursuant to section 314(a) of the USA PATRIOT Act, the Department of the
Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) developed and
implemented an electronic system for law enforcement to request
information about suspected terrorists and money launderers from financial
institutions.

Fincen 314 list

I got in excess of 800 hits. Any information on the web is not secret.

The fact that the "314(a) list" exists is not a secret. The "314(a)" designation is simply the number the particular section of the USA PATRIOT Act that authorizes the list in the first place, and the PATRIOT Act is a public law.

But the contents of the list is a secret and generally cannot be divulged by banks. Even within a bank, the list should only be shared with those who have a need to know.

As suggested above, check out FinCEN's website or do the Google search to find out more.
