If a political party opens up checking or savings accounts with your institution, are there any special rules regarding accrued interest? Lawyers accounts usually must give any interest accrued to the state bar association.

Do political party/campaign accounts have anything like this? I don't think so, but I thought I'd ask.

How about unless they are registered under section 527 of the Internal Revenue Code, they cannot have an interest checking (NOW) account? See 204.130
