Just a thought, but maybe the merchant is out of money and there is no money to take in the form of a chargeback. Otherwise, I agree with you all here, you should be getting your money back. It sounds like someone is dragging their feet.

It's also true that most of our participants are US-based, and your situation (located in Cyprus, with the merchant in the UK) may not be something we are equipped to opine on.

I would have to agree, I thought you were in the US, not sure about Cyprus. At any rate, even if the Merchant has no funds, the chargeback goes through and the Merchant Bank who setup the account has to fork up the money.
