Getting Loan to Purchase Home

Can I get a home equity loan or line of credit to purchase another home from a home my two siblings and I inherited from my deceased grandmother? The home is paid in full. The appraised value is 38k in Gary, Indiana.

In most cases your two siblings who are also owners with you will either be on the debt, or at least have to sign off on a security agreement allowing you to pledge the home as collateral. If you default, they could lose their interest in the home, but yes, it is possible.
