Best Route for Getting Bail Bond Funds

I need a personal loan to post a cash bail bond for a minor child. I have IRA accounts in excess of the funds needed. I have home and car equity of about 50% of the amount needed. I have a job with annual income of almost the amount needed. How can I get the funds needed for the bond? The bond will be released in approximately one year or less.

Retirement accounts are not eligible collateral for a bank loan. Your best route is to speak with a loan officer at your bank to see if you meet their qualifications for a loan; credit rating, collateral, capacity to pay, etc. When the bond will be released is moot, as that wouldn't be a source of repayment.
