Calling a Loan

Can a bank call a loan at any time for no reason?

You will need to refer to your loan contract. State laws also control contractual terms, so even if it is in your contract, verify that it is allowed. If your state does allow it and it is there, yes, they may call the loan due in full for any reason including no perceptible reason.
