Bank Gives Out all Account Information to Another

What action can I take against my bank for giving my mother all my account information when she is not even on the account?

It will depend on how old you are and in what state the account was opened. In some states, parents have the legal right to not only know about such accounts, but to quite literally take them over, if opened and held by a minor.
