Can Bank Seize Funds from Minor's Account?

Is it possible for a bank to seize funds from an account that I setup for a minor?

The bank would ordinarily not have a reason to seize funds from such an account, assuming that that a check deposited to the account doesn't bounce. As for any third-party claims on the account, the answer would depend on state law and in what name the claim is made. For example, if a creditor learned that one of its debtors was misusing a minor's account in order to hide assets, the creditor could bring that information to a court, and the court might issue an order to attach those funds until matters are sorted out.
