Tracing Who Cashed a Money Order

Is there a way that I would be able to see online who cashed a money order if I have the original receipt with the money order number?

No. There is no bank that allows the public to access its money order account records to obtain that sort of information. If you need to know about the money order you purchased, you'll need to talk to the issuing bank, which may be able to retrieve the information from its records for you. The receipt that you are holding on to will be important in your conversation with the bank representative.
