Online Banking Details Needed

I do online banking and I see my pending transactions for the month of April, but after they are posted (finish pending), I can't see them anymore. I don't see the stores/websites I purchased anything at for the month of April. Now I can see my available balance at the top, but no details upon how I ended up with that balance. I'm not saying my balance is wrong, I would just like to see details. The last transaction that's posted to my account is March 12, 2009. I see the store, how much I spent, and the remaning balance for that particular day, which is not my current balance, since this is now April 23. If I go to Walmart and use my card, I can see Walmart pending, but two days later, I don't see Walmart anymore. My balance is correct, but I would like to see my transactions. I've done the date history range, spoken with bankers, but nobody can help me. How can I see my current monthly (April) transactions again? Can bankers disable online banking?

I'm sorry but we can't help on this one. Different banks have different online banking products. Those products may have certain features turned on or off, changing what you can see and do.

The best recommendation is to call your bank and ask for user help. If they don't offer the features you want, you can decide to look at other banks and evaluate their system, but this doesn't mean the bank you go to wouldn't change what they offer. By expressing your desires to your current bank, you may find that this is something they turn on or may make available in the future.
