Automatic Debit Problem with Closed Account

I am closing a bank account later this week. There is an automatic debit of twenty dollars which is subtracted from my account each month. I recently canceled the service, yet they insist on charging me for an additional month. When they try to bill the twenty dollars to my closed bank account, is there anything that Bank of America is going to do that effects me, or is it up to the web hosting company to try and collect?

Try to get an assurance from your bank that it will refuse the debit to your account. If that is handled correctly by the bank, the matter should remain between you and the originator of the debits.
