Will Suer get Access to My New Account?

I recently was sued in small claims court and had my savings and checking accounts frozen. I was wondering if the party suing me would automatically get access to a new account should I open one, or will they have to go through the whole legal process again to get to my new accounts?

If you satisfy the court judgment, you won't have to worry about any new accounts. Your creditor would have to become aware of your new account, and obtain a new attachment order. In general, an attachment only reaches the property in the hands of the bank at the time it is served.
