Finding an Interstate Bank

How can I find a bank that has access from one state to another, distant state?

Using the FDIC "bank find." The FDIC is the entity providing insurance on your banked deposits. Look on the FDIC web site here, where you can input basic information, including your city and state, and the results page will have a link showing you other locations of the banks they list. If you don't need a physical branch, ask your bank about internet banking and alternative ways to access your account when you are away.
