Ing Direct closed my savings account because I failed to link an external account with their savings account. They're calling it fraud. I had $250 deposited on that account that I received from an online pay day loan. I've faxed them all the documents they requested, and they are still refusing to send me my money. It's now been over six months and this issue still isn't resolved. How can I get my money back from these people?

Ask them who their regulator is and tell them you are contacting them in this matter. If the funds were good money and they closed your account, we can't imagine why they would not return your funds to you. There would seem to be more to this.
