Getting Access to Account after Hostile Takeover

I have taken over a Boy Scout Explorer Post. It was a hostile takeover and no adult will sign over the post savings account. Is there a way to gain access to that account?

Try contacting the Area Council for assistance. If you have their support, you may be able to convince the former post leaders to surrender the account. The Area Council can assist you in coordinating the transfer of control of the account at the bank, too.
