Absolutely. While a bank could restrict this, I don't know why they would. Each will have rules as to transfers and fees associated with it, but you may have multiple savings accounts at the same bank or at different banks. Each may also have a specific purpose to you as well, such as one account for holiday spending, one for vacations and another for your child's education.
