On my checking accountmonthly statement, I have a transaction and I don't have a receipt. It has no location listed and has an 8-10 digit check number associated with it. It reads "OVER COUNTER W/D". I don't remember where I did the transaction and the statement doesn't say. All other transactions have a location of where the transaction was made. Any thought as to why no location?
You need to ask this question of your bank, especially if you don't recall making a withdrawal at a branch with a teller.
