I just got hit with a big judgment out of a lawsuit in which I was on the losing end. I am serving in the military now, and don't think I will be able to pay off the judgment. Does the Servicemember Civil Relief Act help in any way?

Yes it does. In Section 524, if a court enters a judgment against you and determines that your military service materially affects your ability to answer the judgment, may stay the execution of the judgment or vacate the order. If you make an application to the court they HAVE to stay the execution. So, in your situation, you should definitely talk to your legal representative about making such an application in your situation.
