I got turned down for a loan which I never asked for, by a car dealer, even though I paid cash for the car. The bank would not give me all details. How can I get them?
Go to the car dealer. It sounds as though they took your information and shopped it to one or more possible lenders. They should have your information and if the dealer didn't provide you with an adverse action notice, the denial form, than the bank(s) should have.
