What are the questions we should be asking when selecting software vendors?

Although there are many questions worth asking, these three are especially important:

  • What types of integrations do you offer?
  • Can you provide the contact information for several existing bank clients?
  • Do you offer live phone / video conference support? (If so, does that cost extra?)
